In November 2022, the first apartment to be completed received its certificate of occupancy. The commercial space below was certified in August of 2024, with Ship Wrecords and Moor, a local vinyl shop, opening its doors that September as the first business in the Doupe Building in nearly 30 years! Ship Wrecords has since moved on, but we’re so excited to introduce Ilwaco’s newest small business - Rae Rae’s. With decades of experience in the service industry, and well known locally, Raedene Miller will be opening her new bar November 1, 2025!
